Dwarf Adelaide Festival, Australia. This variety is named after the Adelaide Festival in Australia. A typical dwarf bush, unique for such a low-growing variety. We rated its yield 5+. A mountain of beautiful fruits with a rich purple color and green "metallic" stripes. The fruits are smooth, uniform (no small ones), round-flat, weighing 180–350 g. Not hard, but firm.

A mid-season, very beautiful and tasty variety from the "dwarfs" series. The bush is stocky and strong, 1 meter in open ground, very productive. Each cluster has 3–5 fruits starting from 180 grams. The flesh is rich purple, juicy, with small seed chambers. The taste is very bright, explosive, balanced, very aromatic, and delicious!

Dwarf Adelaide Festival Fruits

When cut, the fruits are meaty, juicy, and tender. They have a pleasant aroma and a wonderful, well-balanced, rich, and not overly sweet taste. We rated its taste 5. The more warmth and sun it receives, the richer the taste and more intense the color.

The bushes are compact and vigorous. Leaves are regular, wrinkled. The variety is considered mid-season, but our first harvest was on par with early varieties. It was developed by crossing two excellent varieties: Rosella Purple and Pink Berkeley Tie Dye.

  • the name of the variety you ordered and which one you received instead;

  • the approximate date of purchase (month and year);

  • how exactly the variety differs.

Please note: if the mix-up is due to the variety's instability or natural segregation (especially with rare blue or variegated types), we cannot influence that. These are the results of the breeders’ work, and such cases can occur.
