KOZULA-72, ISRAELI STRIPED × BIG ZEBRA. This is a medium-tall, mid-season variety that forms strong, well-leafed plants reaching approximately 1.3-1.5 meters in height. The plants are distinguished by their hardiness and stable growth, adapt well to various growing conditions, and reliably set fruit throughout the entire season. The fruits are truly decorative and immediately attract attention. They are large, round to slightly flattened in shape, with an average weight of 200-350 g (sometimes starting from 150 g depending on growing conditions).
The coloration is complex and tricolored, combining cherry, green, and marbled shades with a yellowish-green base and a delicate pink blush. Each fruit looks unique and highly ornamental. The flesh is dense, juicy, and meaty, with pronounced sweetness and a rich, full tomato flavor. The aroma is pleasant and bright, without any wateriness, making this variety especially valuable for fresh consumption. The fruits are excellent for salads, slicing, and fresh presentation, as well as for sauces and juices.
This variety is the result of crossing Israeli Striped and Big Zebra, combining the best traits of both parents: original coloration, large fruit size, and outstanding flavor qualities. It is highly productive and consistently pleases with an abundance of beautiful, flavorful fruits, making it a true gem for collectors and lovers of unusual tomatoes.
