MINUSINSK GERMANY. A tall variety of folk selection, presumably originating from the famous Minusinsk region. The variety combines resilience, stable yield, and versatility of use. The plant is vigorous, with good development and active fruiting. Mid-season. It is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and stress conditions — it tolerates temperature fluctuations, drought, and other adverse factors well. The fruits are round, uniform, smooth, deep red in color.
Weight 80-90 g. The tomatoes are dense, meaty, with a strong skin, hold their shape well, and are not prone to cracking. The taste is harmonious, classic tomato, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and light acidity. The variety is universal: suitable for fresh consumption, salads, whole-fruit canning, processing into juices and sauces. Due to its dense structure, it is especially convenient for preserves. A reliable, resilient, and practical variety.
