RED PEARL (KRASNAYA ZHEMCHUZHINA). An early-ripening and high-yielding sweet pepper variety, suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The ripening period is 60-65 days after transplanting seedlings. The plant is compact, 55-60 cm tall, with good fruit set and a stable harvest. The fruits are conical in shape, weighing 75-85 g, uniform and neat.
At the stage of technical ripeness, they are light lemon in color, and when fully ripe, they become a deep red. The flesh is juicy and dense. The taste is sweet with a light piquant note, pleasant and harmonious. The fruits tolerate transportation well, are versatile in use — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, canning, and home cooking.
