SHASHLIK. An early-ripening sweet pepper variety (95-110 days) with high yield and disease resistance. The plant is tall, spreading, and requires staking. It is characterized by good adaptation to various weather conditions and rapid fruit ripening. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The fruits are conical in shape, weighing up to 200 g, with a wall thickness of 6-8 mm, and a rich bright red color. The flesh is dense, juicy, crunchy, sweet, and aromatic. The variety is ideal for fresh consumption, grilling (shashlik), baking, and pickling.
