VERONIKA. A mid-season, large-fruited variety of sweet pepper with vigorous standard plants and juicy fruits of a rich cherry-red color. The variety is valued for its combination of ornamentality, large fruit size, and excellent taste. The ripening period is 130-145 days. The plants are standard, compact, 60-70 cm tall, forming a strong, stable bush not prone to lodging. Thanks to the sturdy stem and balanced crown, the variety is easy to grow and does not require complex shaping. The fruits are round-conical in shape, large, weighing 300-400 g.
At biological maturity, the color is rich, cherry-red, attractive and uniform. The walls are thick — 8-9 mm, the flesh is dense, meaty, and juicy. The taste is bright, sweet, with a pleasant rich aroma. Thanks to the thick walls and juicy texture, the fruits are excellent for fresh snacks, salads, stuffing, as well as for canning and other types of processing. The variety is characterized by good disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for growing in various climatic conditions. A vigorous, large-fruited, and stable variety of sweet pepper.
