This is a strong indeterminate plant with potato-leaf foliage and beautiful tricolor heart-shaped fruits. The variety was developed by crossing “Ludmila’s Pink Heart” and “Captain Lucky.”

The plants were grown in a semi-film greenhouse and trained into two stems. They formed several clusters with fairly large fruits weighing between 250-400 grams. The fruit color is especially striking a unique blend of burgundy, yellow-green, and pink hues. Despite a challenging summer, the flavor turned out to be excellent: rich, sweet-spicy, and aromatic.

In our conditions, the variety proved to be mid-season. It’s still too early to judge yield, but we’ll continue growing and observing it. This variety has enormous potential, which will surely reveal itself in time!

I grew Taiga this year in a semi-covered greenhouse, although it didn’t get the “prime” spot. That might be why the yield was only average. The fruits, however, were real beauties and ripened on the vine around early August. The plant grew to about 1.8 meters tall, neat, not sprawling, and didn’t produce too many side shoots. As for the taste, I expected a bit more. It wasn’t bad, of course, but a few other bi- and tri-color varieties were tastier. Overall, though, it’s a worthy variety, and I plan to grow it again next year.

Grown outdoors in Poltava. Fully matches the description above. It’s an indeterminate variety with potato leaves. The taste is decent. Fruits are medium to large in size and quite beautiful. A downside - if not picked on time, the fruit deteriorates on the vine and doesn’t store well.

A wonderful, super-tasty tomato variety. Very beautiful. The yield was average. To be honest, I liked its sibling, True Colours, even more - it was more productive. Overall, though, I think these two varieties are quite similar.

Grew next to a diseased cucumber plant. I had two tomato plants. One was strong and productive, the other weak and gave few fruits. Unfortunately, I couldn’t let the tomatoes fully ripen on the vine, as they started getting sick due to the cucumber. I had to pick them green and blush and ripen them at home. They were very beautiful, but I didn’t get to enjoy any special flavor. The taste turned out to be just a good, classic tomato flavor.

The plant reaches 1.8 meters in height, mid-season variety. Potato-like, drooping leaves. Trained to 2 stems. Each cluster has 2-3 fruits. Fruit weight: 200-400g. The fruit is tricolor, heart-shaped, with either a pronounced or blunt tip. The primary skin color is green with shades of olive, brown, and yellow, and a bronze sheen. When cut, the flesh displays a mix of green and yellow with pink streaks. The flesh is tender and buttery. Juicy. Not vigorous!
