AMBER FATTY. Mid-early, medium-height, high-yielding variety of Siberian breeding. Plants are semi-determinate. Each truss produces 4-5 fruits. The fruits are bright orange, firm, and marketable. They contain elevated levels of β-carotene and sugars. A determinate variety notable for its distinctly dietary fruit properties. The ripe tomatoes are deep amber-colored and rich in beta-carotene and sugars.
The low acid content makes this variety suitable for dietary nutrition, particularly for people with gastrointestinal disorders. Plant height is up to 1.5 meter in greenhouses and up to 1 meter in open ground. Trusses form frequently — every 2 leaves. Each truss ripens 4-5 large fruits, with individual fruit weight reaching up to 500 g. Yields are high — up to 5-7 kg. per plant. Fruity taste.
