Unfortunately, in some cases, the seeds you receive may contain a mix-up — when a different variety is sent instead of the one you ordered. If this happens, please let us know right away. To help us resolve the issue, provide the following details:

  • the name of the variety you ordered and which one you received instead;

  • the approximate date of purchase (month and year);

  • how exactly the variety differs.

Please note: if the mix-up is due to the variety's instability or natural segregation (especially with rare blue or variegated types), we cannot influence that. These are the results of the breeders’ work, and such cases can occur.

If the error is on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the specific variety. Replacements are available within 6 months from the date of purchase.
