BETALUX. An ultra-early variety of Polish breeding, one of the representatives of compact determinate tomatoes for early and stable harvest in the most diverse growing conditions. The plant is determinate, compact, with a strong and rigid stem. The bush height is 50-60 cm in a greenhouse and 30-40 cm in open ground. Due to its sturdy structure, the bush does not require staking or pruning, making the variety especially convenient for beginner gardeners, farmers, and those who value minimal care. The first harvest is gathered as early as 80-90 days after germination. The fruits are round, even, deep red in color, weighing 80-100 g.
The tomatoes are distinguished by dense skin, do not crack, tolerate transportation well, and can be stored in picked form for up to 10 days without losing their marketable appearance. The flesh is tender, juicy and meaty, with a minimal amount of seeds. The taste is very pleasant, rich, with a pronounced classic tomato aroma, which is rare for ultra-early varieties. It is characterized by increased resistance to major tomato diseases, and also tolerates low temperatures well, making it a reliable variety for unstable weather conditions. The yield is high for a compact format — 6-7 kg per 1 m².
Particular attention deserves the parthenocarpic nature of the variety — the plants are capable of forming fruits without pollination, which guarantees stable fruit set even in unfavorable weather or absence of pollinating insects. The variety is of universal purpose: excellent for fresh consumption, market sale, salads, canning, and various types of processing. BETALUX is an ideal choice for those seeking the earliest possible harvest, reliability, ease of care, and excellent fruit quality.
