BLUES ON A PLATTER. A variety by Sofia Saakova. Indeterminate, mid-season tomato. Fully ripe fruits are large yellow plums weighing 150–250 g with dense anthocyanin coverage. The flesh is thick, firm, very sweet with fruity notes and almost no acidity. Flavor rating: 5+. Excellent yield, above average, with long fruiting period. One of the most charming tomatoes of the season.
This variety showed 100% stability. The cluster size is visible in the photos — a garland of fruits on a 1.6-meter bush. Each cluster contains 7–10 fruits, up to 300 g each. The plant is not very sturdy, wide-spreading, with drooping foliage. Fruit shape varies from heart-round to elongated plum. Despite the delicate color and thin skin, fruits are damage-free and don’t crack.
Perfect shape, firm to the touch thanks to dense flesh. The texture ensures an unforgettable taste — fruity, tender, melting, sweet and spicy! When fully ripe, a red "tie" appears in the center of the flesh. That is, if you manage not to eat them all before it shows up. Mid-season variety with high yield. Top marks for appearance, taste, and productivity! Highly recommended for fans of colorful novelties.
