BUTTER AND BULL HEART, Latvia. A mid-season variety with a very attractive heart-shaped form. The bushes are medium-sized and productive, producing 3-4 fruits per cluster weighing between 160 and 250 grams. The fruit shape ranges from elongated to slightly rounded heart. The color is rich red, with green shoulders disappearing at full ripeness.
The bush grows up to 1.5 meters tall. This mid-season variety is highly productive. The fruits have a pinkish hue, a pointed heart shape with distinct ribs, weighing 300-450 grams. The taste is exceptionally sweet, deserving a rating above 5 points. The number of fruits is abundant. This is an old, well-established variety, but the original name has been lost over time.
Suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and juice preparation. The flesh is bright red inside, with small seed cavities and a pleasant aroma. The flavor is balanced — rich tomato taste with a slight acidity. A very tasty tomato with top marks for appearance!
