CAPTIVATING AMETHYST PINK. A variety bred by Sofia Saakova, developed from the cross Striped Shell × Black Beauty. In 2024, the line reached the F6 generation. The plant forms a strong, vigorous bush about 1.2 m tall when grown outdoors, with dense, broad foliage. It is a mid-early variety, well suited to outdoor cultivation. The fruits are large, flattened, and have a beautiful rich raspberry color, giving them a very attractive appearance. The average fruit weight is 350–400 g, although some specimens can grow even larger.
The skin is thin and delicate, yet sufficiently firm and resistant to cracking. The flesh is a delicate raspberry color, juicy and aromatic, with medium density and a pleasant, meaty texture. The flavor is rich and harmonious, with an excellent balance of sweetness and a subtle acidity. An interesting variety for lovers of large-fruited tomatoes with an intense flavor and striking color. The large fruits look especially beautiful when sliced, while the juicy, aromatic flesh is perfect for fresh eating, salads, and summer vegetable dishes.
