CARAMEL. A tall variety about 1.5 m high, requiring staking and training. It is distinguished by good yield and stable fruiting. The fruits weigh 70-120 g, are round, dense, and firm. The coloration is unusual: orange tones combine with pink and blue shades, while the lower part of the fruit has a pronounced blue (almost black) color due to anthocyanin pigment. The appearance is very decorative and contrasting. The flesh is juicy, the taste is pleasant, balanced, with moderate sweetness. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and decorative presentation.
