CASADY'S SUNRISE. One of the sweetest and most beloved cherry tomatoes in our collection. A member of the famous Casady series, combining neat, firm fruits, exceptional sweetness, and excellent storage quality. This is exactly the kind of cherry tomato you'll want to grow again every year. In open ground, the indeterminate plants reach about 2 m (6.5 ft), with a slender habit and strong stems capable of supporting heavy crops. The simple trusses carry 6–7 fruits each, and new clusters continue to form throughout the season.
The fruits are elongated, finger-shaped cherries weighing 20–30 g (0.7–1.1 oz). Their base color is bronze-mustard, beautifully decorated with delicate golden streaks. The tomatoes are firm, neat, and remain crisp even when fully ripe, retaining their attractive appearance for a long time. They contain very few tiny seeds. The flesh is dense, crisp, juicy, and highly aromatic.
