CHOCOLATE BAR (SHOKOLADKA). A mid-early sweet pepper variety, the growing period to biological ripeness is 115-130 days. The plant is compact, 70-80 cm tall, with a strong bush and good fruit set. Suitable for growing in open ground and under film covers, characterized by stable yield. The fruits are cube-shaped, smooth, weighing 120-130 g.
When fully ripe, they acquire an unusual chocolate-brown color, which makes the variety particularly decorative. The flesh is dense, fleshy, juicy, with a wall thickness of 4-8 mm. The taste is sweet, rich, with a pleasant aroma. The variety is valued for the original color of the fruit, yield, and versatility of use — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and processing.
