CORNO DI TORO GIALLO (YELLOW BULL'S HORN). A mid-early, productive sweet pepper variety of Italian origin (Transalpine heritage). The period to technical ripeness is 95-100 days, to biological ripeness — 125 days. The plant is vigorous, 55-70 cm tall (sometimes up to 80 cm), well-branched, with high productivity. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The flesh is medium-thick (4-5 mm), juicy, and tender.
The fruits are elongated, cone-shaped, "horn-shaped," up to 25 cm long and about 5 cm in diameter, weighing 150-180 g. At the stage of technical ripeness, the color is green; when fully ripe, it becomes orange-yellow. The taste is mild, sweet, aromatic, without sharp spiciness. The variety is versatile — excellent for fresh consumption, stuffing, pickling, and baking, valued for its high yield and excellent flavor.
