CORNO DI TORO (BULL'S HORN). A popular sweet pepper variety with large, showy fruits and excellent taste. The plant forms a vigorous bush with good yield, and when the large fruits are filling, it requires staking to a support. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The fruits are narrow-conical in shape, elongated, large, weighing 200-300 g.
At the stage of technical ripeness, they are dark green in color; when fully ripe, they become bright red. The flesh is fleshy, juicy, with medium-thick walls. The taste is sweet, rich, with a pleasant aroma. The variety is excellent for fresh consumption, baking, grilling, and processing, valued for its large fruit size, yield, and high taste qualities.
