DARK LORD, USA. An early beautiful variety with anthocyanin expression. The plant reaches 1 meter tall in open ground, thin, with sprawling but drooping foliage. Each cluster has 5-7 fruits weighing 200-250 grams. Yield is above average. Fruits range from flat-truffle shape to classic truffle. Indeterminate, mid-season, fruits are pear-shaped and ribbed. Bright glossy red with intense anthocyanin on the shoulders. The plant has bluish-dark green leaves and produces black ribbed fruits that, when ripe, seem to glow from within.
