DWARF DSB CHEF RAUL BOCUSE. A spectacular new variety from 2023 that captivates not only with its appearance but also with its taste. In appearance, the variety indeed resembles 'Boy s Tenyu' ('Shadow Boxing'), but significantly surpasses it in flavor qualities. The plant is of determinate type, sturdy, well-leafed, with an average height of 1.0-1.2 m. The bush looks powerful and decorative, holds the crop well, and is suitable for cultivation in open ground and greenhouses. The fruits are elongated plum-shaped with a small neat tip, quite dense, with an average weight of 35-60 g, sometimes up to 80-100 g. The feature of the variety is its fantastic, multi-layered coloration.
During ripening, the tomatoes are first green-purple, then become almost black. At full maturity, they acquire a bright orange-red color with golden, pearly streaks and pronounced anthocyanin stripes and sides. The clusters look so decorative that they literally "take your breath away" with their beauty. The flesh is meaty, tender, juicy, with a rich aroma. The taste is very pleasant: sweet, with a light fruity note, harmonious and rich. In taste tests — a solid 5 out of 5 points. The fruits are excellent for fresh consumption, garnishing dishes, salads, and also for whole-fruit canning.
