DWARF GONDWANA ROSE. Determinate plants with dark green foliage and thickened stems, about 0.70 m tall. Fruits are very firm, with thick skins, weighing 40-120 g. The plant is sturdy, with wrinkled leaves. Mid-season ripening. Excellent productivity. Rich, bright flavor rated 5 out of 5. This series includes 5 varieties. This is a separate line from all other tomato varieties of the Dwarf Tomato Project, developed by Patrina Nuske Small. All varieties are just entering the gourmet tomato market.
As of now, this line is available only to a small circle of collectors worldwide. It’s safe to say that starting this year, these amazing novelties will win the hearts of the most discerning tomato lovers. Very strong bush, uniquely thick stems, dense juicy leaves. Both the stems and leaves develop blue anthocyanin pigmentation in sunlight — an incredible sight! Strong seedlings and very thick stems. Staking is not only unnecessary — this plant could support others!
A vigorous dwarf plant with wrinkled leaves produces excellent yields. Maximum plant height is 40 cm, grown in a pot. Fruits are semi-glossy to matte, with deep colors and unique transitions from inky purple tops to red bottoms. Very beautiful and meaty. Noticeably dense, with thick jelly-like flesh, offering a rich, bright taste and a sweet-sour, intense fruity aroma. A very interesting variety that only recently appeared in Ukraine.
