DWARF LOXTON LASS. A mid-season, low-growing tomato variety with a very compact standard-type plant reaching about 20 cm in height. Thanks to its sturdy stem, the plant maintains a neat shape and can be grown without staking, making it particularly easy to care for. The variety is an excellent choice for small garden beds, open ground, containers, and other spaces where compact plants are especially desirable. The fruits are round, smooth, and attractive, developing a beautiful ripe-apricot color when fully mature. The flesh is yellow, firm, and pleasantly meaty, with individual fruits weighing approximately 70–100 g.
Thanks to their dense texture, the tomatoes hold their shape well and look neat both on the plant and after harvesting. The fruits can remain on the plant or be stored after picking for approximately two weeks without losing their flavor. This makes it possible to harvest gradually and use the ripe fruits as needed. A practical and decorative compact variety that combines a miniature standard-type plant, an unusual apricot fruit color, and good keeping quality. It is suitable for fresh eating, salads, vegetable slices, and home preserving, while its compact size makes it an excellent choice even for a small garden or container growing.
