DWARF NANON’S MEATBALL. A rare variety from the dwarf series, valued for the compactness of the plants and yet a decent fruit size. Mid-season, with regular rugose (wrinkled) foliage, typical for many varieties in this group. The plants are of medium height, reaching about 1.2 m in height in open ground. The bushes are sturdy, stable, well-leafed, and form a large number of fruit sets. Thanks to its compact growth, the variety is convenient for growing both in open ground and in a greenhouse, as well as in limited spaces.
The fruits are pink-purple, very dense and meaty, round-flattened in shape. Weight varies from 100 to 250 g. The flesh is juicy, rich, with an excellent balance of sweetness and light tartness. The flavor is deep, expressive, with a pleasant tomato richness. The variety is distinguished by high yield — the bushes are literally studded with uniform fruits that hold their shape well and are suitable both for fresh consumption and for home processing. This is a successful combination of compact "dwarf" growth and full-sized flavor.
