DWARF SARA’S OLALLA EMERALD. A new and interesting varietal development created by the famous breeder Craig LeHoullier as a result of crossing the Yellow White and Dwarf Jade Beauty varieties. Named after Sara, Craig's eldest daughter. The plants of this variety have potato foliage with slight wrinkling, compact but upright, reaching a height of 1.0 to 1.2 m, making them convenient for cultivation on balconies or in greenhouses. The weight of the fruits ranges from 60 to 100 grams.
The fruits of 'Sara Olalla Emerald' are particularly attractive: they have rich green flesh, are very juicy, harmoniously sweet with a pleasant, slight acidity. The taste is complemented by a subtle citrus note, making them unusual and refreshing. Well-suited for fresh consumption, slicing, and garnishing salads. This variety combines high decorativeness, compact plant size, and exquisite fruit taste, making it an excellent choice both for home gardeners and lovers of exclusive tomatoes.
