DWARF SCARLET HEART. Early-maturing, high-yielding, semi-determinate variety. Plants grow up to 100 cm tall. We had two specimens over 1 m. tall with similar fruits, but we excluded them from selection. Leaves are regular and wrinkled. The yield is impressive — a true mountain of fruits. Fruits are rich red, heart-shaped, and delicious - rated 5+.
A new variety developed between 2008 and 2015 as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project. One of the Nosey F1 line, created by crossing Rosa Vetroz and Anna Banana Russian, bred by Patricia Nusske. Released to the public in 2015 in the F8 generation. Fruits are dark red, heart-shaped. The flesh is dense, with a bright and well-balanced flavor.
Tomatoes are sweet, meaty, juicy, with a pleasant aroma. Compact tree-like plant with regular, wrinkled foliage. Indeterminate growth type. Produces well from mid-season. For higher yields, multi-stem cultivation is recommended. Can be grown in large containers, though both yield and fruit size may decrease. Recommended for limited spaces.
