EKSTAZA, Serbia. An early-ripening, compact variety reaching 50-70 cm in height. Distinguished by rapid growth and uniform fruit setting. The fruits are large, 25-30 cm long. At the technical ripening stage, they are creamy or white, and at full biological ripeness, they turn bright red. The wall thickness is medium, making the peppers highly versatile: excellent for fresh consumption, baking, stuffing, and preserving.
The main feature of this variety is its fantastic yield. The plant is literally covered with fruits, producing 15-25 peppers per bush. This makes it one of the most productive early-ripening varieties. We obtained and tested two variations of this variety:
-
Variant No. 1 — fruits are longer, rounded-elongated in shape, particularly striking and large.
-
Variant No. 2 — fruits of a more classic shape, equally productive and tasty.
The variety is valued for its combination of earliness, ornamental appeal, and abundant fruiting. Easy to grow and suitable both for open ground and greenhouse cultivation.
