ELF TEARS. An exquisite cherry tomato variety with a unique shape and flavor. This is a selected line of the “Sugary” variety, distinguished by its original shape — elongated and pear-like with a long, slender neck, truly resembling a droplet or a teardrop. The fruits are semi-transparent, pearlescent red-pink with a soft glow, as if illuminated from within. Their striking appearance makes this variety especially eye-catching.
The plant produces tall, elegant bushes (up to 1.8 meters in open ground) with thin, flexible yet strong stems. The foliage is miniature and very light green, almost lime-colored, giving the plant a delicate, airy look. Against this backdrop, the fruits appear particularly beautiful. The inflorescences are complex, with up to 15 fruits per cluster. The yield is high — the bushes are literally covered in fruit. Fruit weight ranges between 10-15 grams.
