ELISEY. Is a showy and reliable early-ripening yellow-orange tomato variety that immediately attracts attention with its uniform fruits and high productivity. The compact determinate plant reaches about 50-70 cm in height and is perfectly suited for both open ground and cultivation in plastic-covered greenhouses. The variety is distinguished by very high fruit-setting energy and a long fruiting period. The first ripe tomatoes appear 95-105 days after emergence, and the crop continues to develop steadily and evenly. The clusters are well filled, without gaps, setting 5-6 fruits per truss. The fruits are elongated, oval-cylindrical in shape, smooth and firm, with a strong skin. Their color is rich, bright yellow-orange, very attractive both fresh and in preserves.
The average fruit weight is 60-70 g, but with good agricultural practices, individual tomatoes can reach 100-140 g. The flesh is dense and meaty, with a high carotene content, making the fruits not only tasty but also beneficial. The flavor is excellent and well balanced, without excessive juiciness — ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, whole-fruit canning, and colorful vegetable assortments. The variety has good keeping quality and transportability. It shows high resistance to unfavorable conditions: cold tolerance, as well as resistance to verticillium and fusarium wilt, making it a reliable choice for regions with unstable climates. A versatile, attractive, and high-yielding tomato equally suitable for home gardens and commercial production.
