HEART FUDGE. A mid-early beauty variety with heart-shaped plum tomatoes! The plant is strong, vigorous, 2 meters tall, and fully covered in clusters. Each cluster contains 5-6-7 fruits weighing 150–180 grams, very high-yielding. Color is rich red; green shoulders disappear when fully ripe. Large, elongated, cone-shaped fruits up to 18 cm long, rich red in color.
Fleshy, with melon-like flesh and an excellent sweet flavor. We gave it 5 stars for taste and productivity. The pulp is bright red with several seed chambers. The taste is very sweet and juicy – disappears in seconds. Top marks for taste! Top marks for yield! Recommended as one of the most productive plums for preserving and fresh eating.
