HEART OF THE DESERT, Kazakhstan. This variety is part of Vitaliy Alifirov’s collection from Almaty. It is a mid-season type, distinguished by a slender, slightly flattened heart shape. The bush grows up to 2.0 meters outdoors, strong and robust, with long wide leaves. The fruits display a bright yellow-golden hue, mostly broad heart-shaped with plump "shoulders," some with an elongated "nose."
Many fruits feature deep ribs, adding extra sophistication and elegance to the variety. Each tomato weighs 300-350 g, with 4-5 fruits per cluster. The flesh is dense and buttery, containing plenty of juice and pulp, with a sweet taste and a slight tang. There are few seed cavities with minimal seeds. These tomatoes have a rich aroma and excellent flavor. An ideal choice for allergy sufferers. The yield is high.
