LOVELY LUSH, USA. A variety by Brad Gates, California. A mid-season, heart-shaped, flattened red tomato with anthocyanin appearing on the shoulders. The plant reaches up to 1.5 m. in open ground, with a sturdy stem. Each cluster bears 3–4 fruits; the yield is average. Weight: 200–230 grams. The taste is light and delicate, rich tomato flavor with a slight tartness and mild fruity aftertaste.
The flesh is buttery. Thin skin, yet resistant to cracking. Super-beautiful fruits with golden and pink stripes and a purple blush. At the base of the fruit – golden lines and streaks. The flesh is meaty, juicy, sweet, and marbled in cross-section. This variety received top marks in all categories. Juicy and sweet.
