PINK PING PONG. An heirloom variety from the USA, featured in Carolyn Homme’s book “100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Garden”. Mid-early, indeterminate, and exceptionally high-yielding tomato variety. In open ground, plants reach up to 1.8 m in height, forming strong, sturdy bushes with abundant foliage, providing excellent protection for the fruits. A distinctive feature of this variety is its remarkably heavy fruit set — the bushes are literally covered with numerous small, neat pink tomatoes.
Fruits average about 50 g, uniform, round, with a thin yet firm skin that rarely cracks. The flesh is juicy and tender, with a pronounced sweetness and a rich, well-balanced flavor that is highly appreciated by both fresh salad lovers and home-canning enthusiasts. Thanks to their size and flavor, these tomatoes are perfect for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning. Seeds were sourced from France, adding special value and uniqueness to the variety.
