OTVODY (TAPS). A mid-season, indeterminate variety (bush height up to 1.8 m) with large fruits. The fruits are hefty, weighing from 200 to 600 g, flat in shape, dense, meaty, and juicy, brightly colored without cracks or spots. They have a rich pink-raspberry hue and an outstanding flavor — very sweet with a well-balanced acidity and sugar ratio. Very aromatic, juicy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and mild acidity.
This is a rare heirloom variety, seeds of which we collected over several seasons. We wanted to add another large-fruited, tasty tomato to our collection. The variety lived up to expectations — fully matching its declared qualities. The bush is strong, with thick stems, and the fruits are huge, pink, flattened, steak-type, dense and heavy.
An excellent choice for commercial growing, these tomatoes have exceptional characteristics. The variety is early fruiting. Moreover, it produced the largest fruit of the 2020 season! As shown in the photo, it barely fits in the palm of your hand. The taste is superb, a true homegrown tomato. Highly recommended!
