GREEN FIRE (FUEGO VERDE). This is a mid-season, indeterminate, high-yielding tomato variety developed by the American breeding company Artisan Seeds. It stands out for its consistent productivity and decorative appearance of both the plant and the fruit. The plants are vigorous, reaching up to 1.8 meters in height under open field conditions. The large leaves have a distinctive bluish hue, giving the bush an ornamental look. Bushes are densely foliated, with strong stems and a well-developed root system, which provides resistance to lodging. The fruits have a unique coloration — a yellow-green base with dark green or olive stripes; when fully ripe, they acquire golden-amber tones.
Suitable for cultivation in open ground and greenhouses. The fruit shape is round or oval-elongated, with a smooth, glossy surface. Fruit weight ranges from 40 to 90 grams (long 4-6 cm). The flesh is dense yet juicy, and the fruit is resistant to cracking. The flavor is exceptional — rich, complex, with a pronounced fruity and slightly spicy note.
