FUZZY BUMBLEBEE. An early, low-growing tomato variety that forms a compact standard bush about 40 cm tall. The plant has a very unusual decorative appearance thanks to its bluish stem and foliage. The stems and leaves are covered with delicate hairs, making them feel velvety to the touch. This distinctive feature makes the plant stand out even before fruiting begins.
The fruits are oval-shaped, pink, and weigh around 100 g. Their surface also has an unusual velvety fuzz, making the tomatoes resemble ripe peaches. Because of this characteristic appearance, the variety is often referred to as a peach tomato. The fruits look very decorative and unusual, attracting attention with their delicate pink color. They are well suited for fresh consumption.
For a low-growing plant, the variety produces a very good yield. Under favorable conditions, about 5–6 kg of fruit can be harvested from one bush. The compact plants do not take up much space while still being capable of producing a substantial crop. Another interesting feature is their ability to produce a second wave of fruiting. During a warm autumn, a new harvest can be obtained even in September–October.
For cultivation, it is best to choose a sunny location with fertile, loose soil. The plants require regular watering and feeding during active growth and fruit formation. Thanks to the compact standard bush, the plants do not require much space or complicated care. Timely harvesting of ripe tomatoes will help maintain continued fruiting.
