GNOCCIA DI LIMONE (also Gnocchia di Limone). A mid-early, very beautiful and delicate variety. The color is unique — truly lemon-like with a yellowish tint! The plant grows to about 1.5 meters and is highly productive. Each cluster contains 5–7 fruits weighing 22–25 grams. The flesh is yellow, very juicy and sweet. This variety is excellent for allergy sufferers, as the fruits contain a minimal amount of color allergens.

An early-ripening, high-yielding variety with tall, vigorous bushes. The flavor is unique, as if enhanced by a flavor booster with a sweet lemon note. There's a hint of tartness too. A real delight! Even overripe fruits don’t rot — they simply wait under the bush until frost without losing their taste. This is a variety to enjoy.

Seeds received from the USA produced many segregating off-types. The variety is still unstable. Seeds were selected from fruits that most closely matched the original description. However, other forms with different colors were also excellent in taste. So if you experience some segregation, don’t be disappointed — the fruits will still be delicious.

  • Bert’s Lemon – Mid-early variety. Large, yellow fruits with green shoulders, weighing up to 300 g. Sweet taste with a light tang, juicy texture.

  • Anna Rossaulka – An unusual yellow-green coloration with marbled patterns. Juicy fruits with a slight fruity taste.

  • Greenwich – Mid-season variety, round fruits in yellow-green shades, up to 200 g. Sweet and refreshing flavor with mild acidity.

  • Green Giant – A large variety with green and yellow fruit coloration. Very sweet and rich flavor, firm and aromatic flesh.

Mine were peach-colored. In the second photo, you can clearly see how they differ from other cherry tomatoes. But I didn’t like the taste it was bland. Also, the skin seemed a bit tough. So, I’d give it 4 out of 5.

Mine grew strong with potato-like foliage and large leaves. It started setting fruit early without skipping. It reached about 1.7 meters tall. I didn’t prune it, and it naturally grew into three stems. The fruits are stunningly beautiful red (though they’re supposed to be apricot-pink), hanging like Christmas ornaments. The flavor is clearly tomato — not bland or sour, just perfect. I think it will be excellent for canning.

With this name, you can find all kinds of tomatoes online, from yellow to orange-pink, but mine matched the photo you shared. Very productive, and the flavor truly is explosive: a delightful tang that's immediately balanced by sweetness.

Seeds are sold in zip-lock bags without printed labels. Tomatoes come with 15–20 seeds, low-seed varieties – 5–10 seeds. Minimum order is 10 varieties (the number of packets per variety also counts). Price for one pack: 1,5 USD.
