HAMIK ORANGE. A highly productive, mid-season pepper variety suitable for both open field and protected cultivation (greenhouses and film shelters). The plant is compact, low-growing, easy to care for, and does not require pruning, making it especially attractive for gardeners and farmers. Fruits are small, weighing 30-40 g, neatly rounded-conical in shape, and almost seedless. The flesh is exceptionally sweet and juicy, with a pleasant aroma. The wall thickness reaches 3 mm, making the fruits versatile for various uses.
At the stage of technical ripeness, the fruits are a deep dark green, while at full biological ripeness they turn bright orange, giving the plants a decorative appearance. This variety is highly resistant to tobacco mosaic virus, ensuring stable yields even under adverse weather conditions. The fruits are versatile: perfect for fresh consumption (salads, sliced dishes, snacks), small-scale stuffing, and they maintain their taste and shape excellently when canned or pickled.
