INGRID. A sweet pepper variety with high marketability and stable yield. The plant produces a large number of good-quality fruits, characterized by good fruit set and reliability in cultivation. The fruits initially grow upright, then become pendulous under their own weight as they fill. The fruits are medium to large in size, weighing about 200 g. The taste is sweet, rich, with a pleasant aroma.
The shape is predominantly square, sometimes more rectangular fruits are found; on the upper tiers, they are shorter and slightly flattened. The number of locules is 3-4 (sometimes 2). At the stage of technical ripeness, the color is dark green; when fully ripe, it becomes a deep dark brown. The flesh is juicy and dense. The variety is universal — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and processing.
