IRISH LIQUOR. A mid-early indeterminate green-fruited tomato variety. The plant is strong and compact, reaching about 1.2 meters tall in open ground, with limited branching. The leaves are regular type, and the yield is high. Fruits are large, weighing 200-250 g, uniform, round-flat, meaty, and sugary. The skin is delicate green, turning yellow-green when fully ripe. It resembles a fruit more than a typical tomato due to its sweetness and lack of the acidity commonly found in red varieties. The level of sweetness may depend on weather conditions and watering. Early in the season, the taste may be milder, but in the second half—especially during hot weather—the sweetness becomes more pronounced. Recommended for people with allergies.
