ITALIAN NUTS. An exceptionally early tomato variety that rewards growers with one of the first harvests of the season. The plants are compact, reaching about 40 cm in height, and form low bushes covered with abundant fruit. Thanks to its high productivity and attractive appearance, this variety is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to enjoy early homegrown tomatoes.
The fruits are round, fairly uniform in size, and have a rich red color. They typically weigh around 100–120 g. The tomatoes have thin yet firm skin and tender, juicy flesh. Their attractive shape and even coloration make the harvest particularly appealing. The fruits ripen together, forming beautiful clusters of bright red tomatoes on the compact plants.
The flavor is pleasant and full-bodied, making these tomatoes ideal for fresh consumption. They can be added to salads, used in summer dishes, or served simply with fresh herbs. Another convenient feature is that most of the fruits ripen at nearly the same time, allowing a substantial portion of the harvest to be collected within a short period.
Another advantage of this variety is its ability to grow well in somewhat limited light. Unlike many other tomatoes, it tolerates light shade better, making it suitable for areas that do not receive sunlight throughout the entire day. The compact bushes take up little space, making this variety convenient for growing in small gardens.
