JERUSALEM GIANT. Mid-late, tall-growing, high-yielding, bicolor variety. The fruits are beautiful, large (up to 700 g), flat-round, orange-pink. They are multi-chambered, meaty, sweet, juicy, and flavorful. In my opinion, it's best to harvest them before they are overripe, while they're still firm and the flesh hasn't lost its structure. At this stage, the flavor has a nice fruity note.
Choose the harvest time according to your taste. They’re always delicious with a bit of salt. A stunning mid-season large bicolor! Gorgeous two-toned beefsteak tomatoes, inside and out, starting from 600 g — too big to fit in your hand! But most importantly — the flavor! Excellent, with an unforgettable aroma, sweet and spicy taste, and memorable sweetness! The plant grows up to 1.5 meters, strong, with few fruits, but all of them are very large. Top rating for flavor! Highly recommended!
