KAKADU RED PEPPER. A high-yielding, large-fruited sweet pepper variety producing unusual, long, slightly curved fruits with a rich, bright red color. The peppers have a striking shape resembling the curved beak of a cockatoo and can reach 22–30 cm in length. The fruits are large and fleshy, with juicy flesh and a distinctly sweet flavor. Each pepper weighs approximately 100–400 g.
Thanks to their impressive size and attractive appearance, these peppers are ideal for fresh eating, salads, stuffing, roasting, and a variety of homemade preserves. Red Kakadu is an excellent choice for gardeners who appreciate high yields, large fruits, and unusual sweet pepper varieties.
