KAZAKH YELLOW (KAZAKHSTAN YELLOW). A large-fruited indeterminate tomato variety that forms a powerful, well-leafed plant reaching about 1.6-1.8 meters in height during the growing season. The plant is characterized by strong vigor, good resilience, and reliable fruit set even under unfavorable conditions. The fruits are very large and impressive, averaging 250-500 g, and often reaching up to 600 g. They are flat-round in shape with pronounced, full shoulders, giving them an excellent market appearance. The color is rich yellow with a beautiful amber hue, especially attractive on the vine and when sliced.
The flesh is dense, meaty, and juicy at the same time, with very few seeds. Flavor is the true highlight of this variety: intensely sweet, completely without acidity. It tastes more like a fruit than a traditional tomato — tender, sugary, and aromatic. Perfect for fresh eating, salads, juices, and thick sauces. This is a mid-early variety with exceptionally high yields and uniform ripening. Despite its simple name, Kazakh Yellow is a truly worthy, time-tested variety that impresses with both flavor and appearance.
