KENTUCKY CABIN. Is a mid-season, tall, and exceptionally productive tomato variety, known for its high resistance to diseases. In open ground, plants reach a height of about 1.5 meters, forming strong, well-leafed bushes with sturdy stems. The fruits are large, weighing between 220 and 440 grams, uniform in shape and color, with a very dense texture. Virtually juice-free, they consist mainly of flesh. These tomatoes are meaty and juicy inside, yet not watery.
Perfect for fresh consumption as well as for making salads, sauces, and tomato paste. The hallmark of this variety is its unique flavor — rich, vibrant, with pleasant sweet notes and a light citrus hint reminiscent of tropical fruits. On our subjective flavor scale of five possible points, this tomato deserves a full 5 — it’s just that delicious and unusual. The seeds were sourced directly from an American collector, ensuring their purity and true-to-type characteristics.
