KOTLAS. An early-maturing tomato variety with a compact growth habit. The plants are usually about 50–70 cm tall, with potato-type foliage and relatively sparse leaves. The plants develop well and are suitable for growing where compact bushes are preferred. The fruits are small, round, slightly elongated toward the top, and deep red in color. A small characteristic point usually forms at the blossom end. The fruits are about 2–3 cm in diameter and weigh approximately 50–70 g.
Each cluster contains 7–9 tomatoes, with a slight depression around the stem attachment. Thanks to its compact plants and numerous clusters, the variety has a neat appearance and can produce a friendly crop. The red fruits are convenient for fresh eating, salads, and homemade preserves. The variety will be of interest to lovers of old and unusual varieties with compact plants and small red fruits.
