KOZULA-136 FLAT YELLOW ZEBRA. A young and rare tomato variety developed by Polish breeder Anna Jankowska. This striking bi-color combines ornamental beauty, high yield, and excellent flavor. The plants are indeterminate and reach a height of 1.5-1.6 meters in open ground. They are vigorous, with good foliage coverage and a strong root system. Each truss produces 4 to 6 large, multi-chambered fruits. The fruits do not crack and have good shelf life.
The typical fruit shape is smooth, flat-round, although some plants may produce heart-shaped fruits. Externally, the fruits are straw-yellow with soft raspberry stripes and streaks. The inside reveals bright yellow flesh with raspberry marbling and a sugary texture. Depending on growing conditions—especially with ample sunlight—raspberry tones may become more pronounced or even dominant.
Average fruit weight ranges from 200 to 500 grams, though some can be even larger. The flesh is dense, meaty, and juicy, with a distinct sweetness and a delicate fruity aroma. The taste is rich and vibrant, typical of the finest yellow-pink bi-colors. This is a mid-season variety with stable productivity even under unfavorable weather conditions. It is very prolific, resistant to major tomato diseases.
