KOZULA-60 YELLOW SLICER. A mid-season, medium-height, high-yielding tomato variety. Bred by breeder Anna Jankowski through the cross of Copia and Big Zebra. In open ground, plants reach a height of about 1.2 meters. The bush is compact, with a strong stem and moderate foliage, requiring no complicated care. Fruits are large, up to 350 grams, round-heart shaped with slight ribbing. The flesh is meaty and juicy, with a distinct dense red “marbling” in the center, especially visible when sliced. It has a pleasant aroma.
The flavor is rich and typical of bi-color tomatoes, though in the 2022 season the fruits were rated 4 out of 5 — possibly due to weather conditions or growing environment. Nevertheless, it remains an attractive variety for lovers of decorative and large tomatoes. Perfect for fresh consumption, especially in salads where its flavor and appearance shine. Also suitable for making sauces or partial canning. The seeds of this variety were purchased by us in Poland.
