LEMON CHERRY. A mid-season tomato variety distinguished by its unusual, sunny lemon-yellow fruits. The plants develop tall bushes reaching approximately 2 metres, so they require sturdy support. During the fruiting period, the branches become covered with numerous small tomatoes, creating the appearance of bright yellow clusters. The fruits are round and weigh around 30–40 g.
Ripe tomatoes look very appealing thanks to their rich, even colour and neat shape. Their small size makes them ideal for fresh eating, decorating dishes and preparing vegetable snacks. The fruits look especially impressive on the plant when large numbers of tomatoes ripen at the same time. Their unusual flavour gives this variety a special appeal and sets it apart from more familiar red-fruited varieties.
This variety has a long fruiting period and, under favourable conditions, continues producing until the first frosts. New fruits develop gradually, allowing the harvest to be collected over an extended period. The tall bushes should be tied up as they grow to support the stems and heavily laden trusses. For healthy growth, choose a sunny location with fertile soil and provide regular watering.
This variety is ideal for gardeners who appreciate not only productivity but also a diversity of shapes and colours in their garden. Its yellow fruits combine beautifully with red, pink and dark tomatoes, creating a colourful palette for the summer table. The small tomatoes are convenient to serve whole, add to salads and use to decorate prepared dishes. Thanks to its extended fruiting period, fresh tomatoes can be harvested throughout a substantial part of the season.
