LICEPERSIKUM GRUBOLD'S. An early and high-yielding cocktail-type tomato variety. The plants are medium-sized and compact, reaching up to 1.2 meters tall in open ground. They are easy to care for and form a neat canopy. The variety is highly resistant to diseases and adverse weather conditions. The fruits are mini plums weighing between 15 and 25 grams, with an elongated oval shape. They grow in long, dense clusters of 30 or more fruits. The tomatoes are uniform, glossy, and shiny, with very firm yet tender flesh and a rich, sweet flavor. They have excellent keeping quality — storing well and resisting spoilage during transportation.
During ripening, they rarely crack and are not prone to rot. A notable feature of this variety is that in one season, over 90% of the fruits contained almost no seeds, likely due to a hot and dry summer with almost no rain. Despite that, the variety showed excellent fruit set and a stable harvest. Ideal for fresh eating, garnishing dishes, and preserving whole. Thanks to their dense skin and lack of hollow cavities, the fruits are perfect for pickling. Recommended for open-ground cultivation.
