MAMMOTH CALF (MAMONTYONOK). A mid-season sweet pepper variety with good yield and stable fruiting. The plant is tall, closed, with medium-sized, dark green, slightly wrinkled leaves. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. At the stage of technical ripeness, the fruits are dark green; when fully ripe, they become dark red.
The fruits are upright, glossy, and neat. The number of locules is 2-3. The fruit weight is about 120 g, wall thickness 5-6 mm. The flesh is juicy and dense. The taste is good to excellent, sweet, with a pleasant aroma. The variety is universal — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and processing.
